Uplift Network – Child Safety Policy and Compliance Statement
Introduction
Uplift Network is committed to ensuring a safe, secure, and positive environment for all users — especially children. Our policies are designed to prevent the presence and spread of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and to protect against any form of child exploitation, grooming, or harmful contact within our ecosystem.
We recognize our responsibility to comply with applicable laws, including:
- The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (for U.S. users)
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K) (for users in the EU)
- Policies laid out by the Google Play Developer Program
Prohibited Content
Uplift Network has a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or attempts to sexually exploit minors
- Any content that endangers, exploits, or harms children
Such content is immediately removed and reported to the relevant law enforcement agencies, platforms (e.g., TikTok), and child protection organizations, including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) where applicable.
Detection & Moderation
To actively prevent child exploitation and enforce our standards, we use:
- Manual moderation by trained staff for reports and flagged content
- Automated filtering and detection to scan for keywords, inappropriate behavior, and suspicious interactions
- Reporting tools that empower users to flag content or behavior that may violate our safety standards
Age Restrictions
- Our services are intended for users aged 13 and above (or as permitted by regional law)
- We do not collect, store, or target data from users under 13
- If underage use is detected, accounts are suspended and reviewed
Creator and Community Standards
All creators affiliated with Uplift Network are required to:
- Complete training on appropriate conduct, online safety, and child safeguarding
- Acknowledge and agree to our Community Guidelines and Safety Policy
- Report any suspicious activity involving minors or exploitation
Parental and User Reporting Tools
Parents and guardians may request data removal or report issues via our [Support Form / Contact Email].
A reporting system is in place to handle violations, available both within the app and externally.

We regularly review our policies to ensure compliance with the latest:
- Google Play’s Developer Content Policy
- App Store Guidelines (if applicable)
- International child protection laws and data regulations
