Introduction

Uplift Network is committed to ensuring a safe, secure, and positive environment for all users — especially children. Our policies are designed to prevent the presence and spread of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and to protect against any form of child exploitation, grooming, or harmful contact within our ecosystem.

We recognize our responsibility to comply with applicable laws, including:

  • The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (for U.S. users)
  • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K) (for users in the EU)
  • Policies laid out by the Google Play Developer Program

Prohibited Content

Uplift Network has a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Grooming or attempts to sexually exploit minors
  • Any content that endangers, exploits, or harms children

Such content is immediately removed and reported to the relevant law enforcement agencies, platforms (e.g., TikTok), and child protection organizations, including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) where applicable.

Detection & Moderation

To actively prevent child exploitation and enforce our standards, we use:

  • Manual moderation by trained staff for reports and flagged content
  • Automated filtering and detection to scan for keywords, inappropriate behavior, and suspicious interactions
  • Reporting tools that empower users to flag content or behavior that may violate our safety standards

Age Restrictions

  • Our services are intended for users aged 13 and above (or as permitted by regional law)
  • We do not collect, store, or target data from users under 13
  • If underage use is detected, accounts are suspended and reviewed
